Northern Virginia Surgical Arts upholds that each patient is entitled to the highest quality of oral and maxillofacial surgical care that can be provided.  Our patient’s health and well-being are our main concern.  We appreciates the thought you must give to the cost of your care.

The fees for treatment may differ depending on the complexity of the procedure. An itemized estimate will always be provided prior to your treatment and we welcome and encourage frank discussion of services and fees prior to treatment in order to avoid misunderstanding.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Lending Club & Care Credit^® .   Effective 12/16/2020, a 1.5% transaction fee will be added to credit and debit cards, HSA and Flex Spending Cards. CareCredit^® offers 3, 6, or 12 month no interest payment plans.  As long as you pay the low minimum monthly payment each month when due, and the balance in full by the end of the 3, 6, or 12 month term, no interest will be charged on your purchase.  To find out more about Care Credit^®, please visit their website at www.carecredit.com. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact our billing office at (703) 379-7900.  Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
