I had a great experience here! I was referred here by my insurance company and my local dentist office in order to get my wisdom teeth removed. The entire staff was very helpful and polite during both of my visits. The front desk ladies were very knowledgeable on the procedures and events happening within the office. I met with Dr. Blais and some of his nursing staff during my original consultation. They were all very personable and made sure I understood everything that was to happen with my surgery and answered all of my silly questions. The actual surgery went very smoothly. Dr. Blais and the nurses and assistants all made sure I was comfortable and ready for my procedure. They seemed genuinely interested in chatting me while they set up. I can say that I've never been more comfortable in a medical establishment! After the surgery, Dr. Blais and the nurses all stopped by to say hello in the recovery area, made sure I had everything I needed. Some chatted with my mom to make sure she understood everything she needed to do to help me with my recovery. I got a very inclusive post-op "kit" with all kinds of helpful supplies and tools that I've been using all week. I am very happy with the results of my surgery, and I am feeling much better already. This was a very lengthy review, but I am honestly so impressed by NOVA Surgical Arts. I will definitely recommend them to any family and friends as the best in their field in the entire Gainesville/Haymarket/Manassas area!
